Superyacht Destroyed in Poole
A magnificent superyacht has been completely destroyed by fire on Friday night while it was moored in Poole. 50 Fire fighters attended the scene and tried to rescue the £7 million superyacht but the blaze was just too fierce with flames as high as 20m. It took the fire fighters most of the night to secure the area and by the early hours in the morning when the fire was under control, there was not much left of the luxury yacht. Read more »
£200,000 for Study into Poole Marina
Poole Harbour Commissioners have confirmed their intention to go ahead with a controversial marina. Or at least they are going out to tender for a £200,000 study. The commissioners hope it will answer all questions about the impact of the new marina on the local area. Read more »
